New pro/con: The machines are poorly made, break, and need replacing. The filters are frequently unavailable. I buy some that you can make yourself; they are flat and you use a tamper to fit them into the podmaker. It works fine and is cheaper. I got that from: http://www.yourcoffeepod.com/ I love the results which is why I continue to use it but the manufacturer leaves a lot to be desired.
