Wilson Staff Zip

The Wilson Staff Zip is a multi-layer golf ball that gives higher spin, longer distance and a soft feel.  The zero compression core is made from high-velocity Neodymium catalyzed polybutadiene which delivers a soft feel with a high resilience. The patented DuPont HPF mantle layer than surrounds the core helps generate faster ball speed for distance and higher iron spin rates.  The super-soft ionomer case grabs the club face resulting in a soft feel and higher spin.  The new 302 PhD aerodynamics feature shallow dimples with a flat bottom that cut through the air for a more stable, penetrating ball flight.
