Pros
- Level cap raised to 80
- New areas to explore
- Deathknight
- Graphics engine updated with dynamic shadows
- Non-instanced PvP only zone, Wintergrasp
- Phasing technology, world can change when, for example, you complete quest
Cons
- Lag problem comes and goes on heavy populated realms, mostly in Wintergrasp but also happens in 25-man instances
