Agreed: "This processor is based off the k10 phenoms. It is actual a x4 with two cores turned off. You can there for OVERCLOCK this proc. faster than a quad core."
Agreed: "high TDP - although fair, matches last generation while outperforming"
Added a competitor: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200
Chose AMD Athlon X2 7750 over Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
