Yamaha CDR-HD1500

The Yamaha CDR-HD1500 is a CD/HDD digital audio recorder designed for ripping, editing, playing, and burning CDs. Its internal hard drive holds up to 200GB of music, while allowing ripping directly to the disc up to 10x normal speed. Transferring content from the HD to a CD-R goes at 8x, whereas to a CD-RW only at 4x. Unique about this model is that songs can be just onto and then played directly from the hard disc. In fact, the 200GB allows for up to 999 albums with 99 songs each. And the unit doesn’t just record from the radio; additional allowed sources include LPs, tapes, etc. Additional features of the Yamaha CDR-HD1500 include copyright protection, 24-Bit D/A and A/D conversions, and a jog dial for fast track access.
