Yamaha RX-V863

The Yamaha RX-V863 (very similar to the Yamaha HTR-6180) is a 7.2 channel a/v receiver supporting video upconversion up to 1080p and HD audio decoding. It has similar specifications to the Yamaha RX-V663 but has 3 HDMI inputs instead of 2, and is a rated for 105 Watts / channel as compared to 95 Watts / channel. However, the most significant difference between the RX-V863 and RX-V663 is that the RX-V863 upscales video sources to up to 1080p, whereas the RX-V663 merely transcodes the video sources to HDMI and component. The Yamaha RX-V863 has an MSRP of $999.95.
