Surround sound is managed by Cinema DSP, which coordinates the speakers to create a 3D soundscape. For situations where there isn't enough room to connect all of the speakers, Silent Cinema DSP is used to emulate 3D. Virtual Cinema DSP is also used to create the effect with headphones. 1080p is fully supported, as is the HDMI standard. Noise reduction standards supported include Dolby Pro Logic II, Dolby Digital, and DTS.
