The Yamaha YSP-800 is a digital sound projector that is the base model of those offered by Yamaha. This sound projector has 21 sound beam drivers and two woofers to deliver a true multi-channel surround sound for an elegant home theater system. The Intellibeam technology directs each beam precisely and optimizes the sound beam effect, frequency response and other parameters to match the room. There are several different beam modes including 5-beam mode, stereo mode, 3-beam mode and stereo + 3-beam mode. Another mode, "Target Mode", can be used to specifically target sound to the place that a user is sitting using the remote control to locate your position. This mode is usefull for people who are hard of hearing or to clearly hear dialogue without waking other people who are sleeping nearby. It has several audio inputs, is compatible with Dolby Digital, DTS, Dolby Pro Logic II and DTS Neo:6, and features TruBass for a more dynamic bass sound. The Yamaha YSP-800 is available in silver as the YSP-800SL and in black as the YSP-800BL.
