"I bought an Hi def cable for xbox with xbmc..You can choose between 480, 720 and 1080 (on the MS dashboard). If your xbox is pal, you would need a tool "enigmah disk" to change from PAL to NTSC...You can then streanm your DVD from your pc or have a bigger hard drive on your xbox more

"worked it out. Experimented a bit last night. I had a folder for each movies. I took away all folders and replaced with just ex: c:movies and all files directely. It worked. Maybe some difficulties with xbmc to handle several paths like c:folder/movies/folder/files.... :-)"

When switching view and brownsing to library, and you get the icons of films with thumbnails from IMDB, it looks nice, perfect but movies won't play !! It´s kind of loading but nothing happens. "Did like tutorial and took me only a couples of minutes !! great info !! BUT How to upgrade your XBMC dashboard for newer version ??? do I also just FTP new files to replace the whole E/Dashboard/ ???"
