There are some things people should know...
First of all, this company says they are based in Canada, but products ship from the States and it took three weeks to receive an order that should have taken one week.
This is important, because the return policy DOES NOT CARE about delayed shipping eating up your 60-day guarantee -- at such time the product has to be received by them. Read the fine print, as only ONE return per customer (ever) is accepted.
The product itself worked for a couple of weeks before taking a terrible turn. But with their strict return policy, it's usually too late for a refund by then.
The customer service is *terrible*! I found them not only a bit rude, but could never get a straight answer with regard to returns and, in fact, got different answers and wrong information upon numerous tries -- which just takes up more of your precious return time period.
I would be very cautious ordering from this company. Their promises are wrapped in 'red-tape' and no-one seems to know what is going on in their different areas.
I just don't know if the product is worth all the stress of dealing with these folks.
